3. Energy Field Strengthening

Creating a safe foundation begins with strengthening and protecting your personal energy field, your aura. This aura acts as a shield surrounding you, continuously absorbing and emitting energies. This energy field, the aura, filters the energies we perceive and allow in, and is similar to a battery whose power varies from person to person. The degree of closure of your aura affects your sensitivity to external energies.

A closed aura field keeps unwanted influences out and helps you stay aware of your own energy, without mixing with others. It creates a kind of shield that offers protection against negative energies, but too strong of a closure can also exclude positive energies, such as love and healing. It's crucial to maintain a balance between protection and receptivity.

 

A strong aura radiates inner light and personal power, providing protection against negative energies while remaining open to positive influences. The strength of your aura depends on your inner power, beliefs, intentions, and awareness. The more compact, pure, and strong your energy field is, the better you can keep negativity and unwanted energies out, as they do not resonate with your frequency and are repelled. Positive energies, on the other hand, can reach you and strengthen your field.

 

A weak energy field gets depleted faster, struggles to recharge, and lets in more energies because it's less protected against external influences.

 

An open aura makes people vulnerable; it becomes scattered and easily mixes with surrounding energies. This increases sensitivity to external influences and keeps attention outward. While this fragmented energy helps people sense situations and people better, it can cause confusion about their true self. They often struggle to distinguish which feelings are theirs and which belong to others, especially since they're constantly exposed to energies that feel like their own. This can lead to overstimulation, as if they absorb everything around them like a sponge, including emotions, physical pain, and negative energies from others. An open aura can result from repeated unsafe situations, causing someone to remain hyper-aware of their environment as a survival mechanism.

 


TIP! Start by closing and protecting your aura; as your personal power grows, you can gradually open yourself up to positive energies and transition to a strong/powerful energy field.


The strength of your personal energy field is both innate and dependent on self-care, with awareness, self-healing, and self-love being essential for strengthening and protecting your aura. Fears and insecurities weaken your energy field, making it vulnerable to external influences. Letting go of negative energies and patterns, and embracing and loving your true self, offers the most powerful energetic protection. This is because your energy field reflects the vibration of your inner state and attracts energy that resonates with it. Your own energy acts as a magnet, drawing in similar energies based on beliefs and emotions. Inner beliefs and the energy you radiate influence the relationships, situations, opportunities, and energies you attract into your life, determining the extent to which they can affect you.
